If Weather Prevents Your Flight

Hot air ballooning is weather dependent and flights will only proceed when conditions are suitable.

If BalloonMan cancels your Private VIP flight due to unsuitable weather, you can reschedule your flight or convert the value of your booking to BalloonMan gift cards valid for 12 months.

Gift cards issued following a weather cancellation are non-refundable and remain subject to the applicable BalloonMan Terms & Conditions.

Important Booking Information

Private VIP tickets are non-refundable and valid at their purchase price for 12 months from the date of purchase.

A minimum of seven full business days' notice is required if you wish to reschedule your booking.

All flights take place at sunrise, with our aim to launch as the sun rises.
