Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• Tickets for all flights, including Valentine’s Day and private balloon flights, are non-refundable. If your flight is rescheduled due to unsafe flying conditions, you may rebook for any available date prior to 31st December 2025. Please note that due to the discounted pricing of these flights, the expiry and usage dates are shorter in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

• Gift Cards are non-refundable and must be redeemed for a flight before 31st December 2025, in compliance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) regarding discounted gift cards.

Additional Fees:

• Please note that the ticketing platform booking fees and credit card fees are passed on to the purchaser. This includes a 1.9% ticketing platform booking and an additional 1.9% credit card processing fee.

Bank Transfer Option:

• To avoid the 1.9% credit card fee, we recommend using the bank transfer option available at checkout. Please ensure the transfer is cleared before your scheduled flight.
