Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• In the event of unsuitable weather, BalloonMan will happily reschedule your flight as many times as needed, free of charge, until you fly or until the offer expiry date of 31 August 2025. Your safety and experience always come first.

• If you need to reschedule your booking, we require a minimum of four to eight full business days’ notice, depending on the number of passengers in your booking.

• No refunds are permitted.

• Tickets may be transferred to new passengers; all other terms and conditions for these tickets remain, including the expiry date.

Non-Refundable Additional Fees:

Please note that all ticketing platform booking fees and credit card fees are passed on to the purchaser. This includes where applicable a 1.9% ticketing platform booking fee plus an additional 1.9% credit card processing fee. These are non-refundable.

Bank Transfer Option:

To avoid the 1.9% credit card fee, we recommend using the bank transfer option available at checkout. Please ensure the transfer is cleared before your scheduled flight.
