Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• We require a minimum of four to eight full business days’ notice to cancel or reschedule your booking, depending on the number of passengers.

• Where refunds are permitted, they are subject to a $25 per person administration fee for each ticket.

Additional Fees:

• Please note that the ticketing platform booking fees and credit card fees are passed on to the purchaser. This includes a 1.9% ticketing platform booking and an additional 1.9% credit card processing fee.

Bank Transfer Option:

• To avoid the 1.9% credit card fee, we recommend using the bank transfer option available at checkout. Please ensure the transfer is cleared before your scheduled flight.
