Cancellation and Rescheduling:
• We require a minimum of four to eight full business days’ notice to cancel or reschedule your booking, depending on the number of passengers.
• These tickets are non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation due to unsafe flying conditions. However, they remain valid at their purchase price for use within 12 months from the date of purchase.
Additional Fees:
• Please note that the ticketing platform booking fees and credit card fees are passed on to the purchaser. This includes a 1.9% ticketing platform booking and an additional 1.9% credit card processing fee.
Bank Transfer Option:
• To avoid the 1.9% credit card fee, we recommend using the bank transfer option available at checkout. Please ensure the transfer is cleared before your scheduled flight.
