Cancellation Conditions

If, for any reason, you need to cancel or change your flight date, Balloon Flights Over Melbourne requires a minimum of three (3) full business days' notice to refill your places on that date. For groups of four or more passengers, we require a minimum of five (5) full business days' notice. A business day does not include a weekend or public holiday. If we cancel a flight due to unsuitable weather or unforeseen reasons, you can re-book your flight for another day, or transfer the tickets to another passenger. Tickets are valid for use 12 months from their date of purchase. Refunds are not available for this non-refundable discounted flight. Discounted tickets are 100% non-refundable.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

These discounted Gift Cards are valid for use 12 months from the date of purchase for this discounted flight. Bookings are available seven days a week. Gift Cards are transferable and are valid only for the period indicated thereon. Gift Cards are non-refundable in part or in full; they cannot be redeemed for cash and are subject to our cancellation policy. Cancellation Conditions: A minimum of three full business days’ notice is required for cancellation.
